First up is the Whynatte Mocha Protein Smoothie, which is the perfect way to start your day.  This smoothie not only tastes amazing but it gives you a nice sustained boost and keeps you full for hours.  It’s a meal unto itself, and a delicious one at that.

Best Protein Smoothie Recipe:


1 can Whynatte Latte

1.5 scoops Amazing Grass’ Amazing Meal Cafe Mocha

2 tbs Navitas Naturals Flax Seed Powder

1 banana (frozen)

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

A dash of vanilla extract

1 handful/clawful of ice


Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, blend the bejesus out of it, and then call it a day.
